Good question. Some legal stuff is supposed to go here but I don't have any. You book with us and we will come and get you. If for whatever reason we miss your pick we are really sorry.  And I regret an inconvenice this might cause you but we do not offer any compensation - it's just my wife and I and our dog. Things were pretty good before COVID but we pretty much lost everything.

If you prepaid an airport transfer, rare but it sometimes happens, if we made a mistake we will certainly refund it.

This bit is important though: If you prepaid a big trip, like a river cruise transfer or a 5 day trip around Europe and you decide to cancel that is fine but we are going to keep some of your money because we may have turned down other work to do your transport - I hope you understand.
